Projects:The participated projects as a key researcher

1. Prophase Survey on Large Scale Solar Thermal Power Technology Application in West of China.
2. Feasibility study of 50 MW solar trough demostration power plant in the Inner Mogonlia Region of China (Mar -June, 2008), as key reseracher.
3. World Bank/ GEF China RE Developing Program, China Rural Area RE Electrification Design Assistance. (June, 2007-March, 2008). Key researcher.
4. Sino-German Financing Cooperation Program-West Solar Power in China. as consultant expert to participate the Project inspection and acceptance in Xinjiang, Gansu,etc.
5. The two projects of Sino-German Technology Cooperation Program (2007). (1) Proposal on Integrating the RE technologies education into Chinese Higher Educational System; (2) Proposal on Building the System of Occupational Title System of the RE technologies education in China.
Main Achievements:1. He put forward a dish Stirling system scheme with multi-facet mirror and two-axis solar tracking; the testing facilities had been successful in generating electricity.
2. Another new 1 kW dish stirling testing solar power system was presented by him.
3. He held the key technology of the stretched membrane concentrator through research
4. He was in charge of organizing and finished the designing of planning, techniques and the construction of a10 kW dish Stirling solar thermal pilot power system. The total set of drawing of the pilot station was complete under my guidance and supervision. During optimizing then system configuration, optimal system efficiency, technology and economy were considered. The three dimension simulation and optimization technology were used. The finite element method was applied to analyze the steel structure issues, the following factors being considered: stress, displacement and distortion, nodal force, vibration, wind and snow load, stability, intension and rigidity of the supporting structure and the components etc.
5. He presented a key technological scheme of solar energy food-cooking system in high altitude region and testing gained success, with curved thin glass mirror as the reflective material of CPC.
