    磁共振成像磁体

 

电磁信息检测与成像技术研究部是在电工研究所原永磁应用实验室的基础上建立的。曾在1986-1989年期间电工研究所曾主持研制我国第一台磁共振成像(MRI)用永磁磁体,该磁体用于安科公司的ASP-015MRI系统中,获1990年中科院科技进步一等奖,1992年国家科技进步二等奖。此后,在MRI永磁磁体研究方面又取得一系列重要成果。自行设计制作了1.8T份子成像用永磁磁体系统,3T二极永磁模型磁体。长期以来在磁共振磁体设计研发方面工作积累的丰厚经验。应用范围涵盖核磁共振系统磁体(永磁核磁共振成像磁体,MR谱仪磁体),并可根据特殊要求,提供相应的设计与咨询。

可移动专用MRI磁体系统

2000年为香港马会专门研制的MRI成像用永磁磁体。气隙200mm,场强0.2T,重量1000kg12mm球均匀度优于15ppm,无源匀场。


Movable Specially MRI Magnet System

Movable Specially MRI Magnet System was specially designed for Hong Kong Jockey Club. Air gap is 200mm, magnetic field is 0.2T and weight is 1000kg. The degree of homogeneity in af120mmsphere (DSV) is better than 15ppm, reached by passive shimming.

The magnet is the prototype of the first C-shape open MRI permanent magnet system in the world. It was made in 1998. The magnet system has 0.23T magnetic field in its air gap. The height of the air gap is 530mm. The weight is 17t. The degree of homogeneity in af300mm sphere (DSV) is better than 15ppm, reached by passive shimming.
